HERTZ CAR RENTAL : Ist so nice to know im not the only one i reserved a car from 5\2\13 thru 5\6\13 from the Gainesville ga location on Browns Bridge Rd tried to call the store the day before for like 2-3 hrs couldnt get an answer to see if i could pick it up earlier than 6PM finally the next day i get an answer and was told no i accepted that I picked up the car at 6PM the car had mud all over the front and sides the brakes were grinding had a burn hole on back seat we had to clean it because it was rented to go to a funeral out of state i wasnt given a packet that I guess i was supposed to get with a # for assitance so we were stuck with the problems and bad customer service oh well so then we return the car on the 6th as scheduled right before close after I just filled the gas tank back up for a whoppin $11,00 told Jessica the girl behind the counter all that was wrong she simply said ok (really didnt care) and kept her lazy self behind the counter not once came from behind the counter to go inspect the car told me my total was $89.00 and that was it .

I was just glad it was all over and we made it there and back safely Then today 5\13\13 im looking at my bank statement on line they STOLE $66.45 too much I called one # because again local place wasnt answering very nice lady said oh i see here they didnt close it out til 3-4 days after the return and claim it was returned with half a tank of gas i can prove i filled it right before i returned it for a whole $11.00 so I finally get Jessica on the phone (local place) she calls me a liar and said she did go inspect the car (not) mind you HERTZ said it wasnt closed out for 3 to 4 days so now its not even about the money its the principlethe nice lady at another # offered to make adjustments and send a $50.00 gift certificate for next rental needless to say

GEE THANKS BUT I DONT THINK I WILL EVER RENT FROM HERTZ AGAIN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BUSINESS ETHICS AND PRACTICE ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE THEY WOULDNT PUT THEIR CHILD IN A FILTHY CAR WITH BAD BREAKS THE BIG BOSS AT A 3RD # OFFERED TO TEAR THE GIFT CERTIFICATE UP :) NICE HUH SO I JUST WANTED TO SHARE MY GREAT (NOT ) EXPERIENCE WITH HERTZ AND IF YOU RENT FROM THEM YOU MIGHT WANT TO WATCH YOUR CC STATEMENT OR BANK ACCOUNT STATEMENT BECAUSE IN THE END ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS GETTING YOUR MONEY THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU OR YOUR SAFETY AS A CUSTOMER OR EVEN A PERSON THANK YOU

Don't waste your time with BBB

 Hopefully, I can save you some time.  I thought going through the BBB would help with major company problems.  Wrong.  They side with the companies.  Not the consumer.  I had a very valid complaint with STI Moving and Storage in Lincolnshire, IL so I contacted the BBB.  Sent them pictures of the crack pipe the movers left, the $3000 worth of damage and missing boxes during my move.  I had very valid evidence that they did had a Breach of Contract and other other things.  I had all documentation.  BBB came back and told me that STI did everything they could and they closed the case.  Did everything they could?  What, like smoke crack while destroying my furniture?  Destroy my furntiure?  Lose valuable boxes?  I'll never report anything to the BBB.  Don't waste your time they won't do anything to help the consumer. 

I will report Sasha Transport to every website and person until the day I die.  And that goes to the BBB also.  Nobody helps the consumer.
