I too am having issues with Household Finance. I bought a 65-inch Television from a mom and pop owned company who used them as their bank. Not only did they not regard the contract agree- ment I had with the company( don't pay for two years) I had no customer service rep that could be reached. After 1 year, I finally reached one rep who informed me that I must fax the correct paperwork over. In the meantime, I was still charged for my item. After faxing it over, they still continued to charge me, claiming that they could not reach my mom and pop store I bought the item from. I am yet and still being charged by the company and I have contacted a lawyer who plans on helping me draw a lawsuit against them. cont
