Well thanks for making my point Mr HH Greg employee! Buyer beware, this is the exact attitude and customer service you can expect from this company. Fact is that a non refundable policy on the frame and not the mattress is deceiving if you advertise a 120 day trial but fail to advertise the mattress only in the same ad. Not to mention, the manager deceived us because we asked specifically if we could return "The Bed", but he did not mention the frame could not be returned! Are you suggesting I should research your policies to prevent myself from being deceived by you? Laughable! Anyways, everyone reading this can now see the attitude and deception We received from them.....apparently it was not just our store as this rebuttal would make it seem to be throughout the corporation! Wow!;-)

Tempurpedic mattresses DO have a 120 day trial period. The bases NEVER DO. Thats not HHGregg's policy, its Tempurs. Maybe you should read up on things before you drop that kind of money.
