I purchased a pair of shoes from this site. They sent me the wrong shoes and would only offer to refund 10% of price and when I refused I did not hear from them further. They would not accept me sending the shoes back and would not agree to sending me the correct shoes. I checked with my bank, and they charged my account more than what the purchase price was ($128 when the item was $108). I am going to report it to visa to investigate now. The company did not respond to explain why they had overcharged me (any international fees, if charged, come up as a separate entry on bank statements). Winwservice is the company that emailed me the receipt, and their response was that they are only a platform company like paypal.
