Hip Hop Jewelry Kings Takes your payment WITHOUT DELIVERING YOUR MERCHANDISE Internet
Their website says orders will be received 7 - 14 days after ordering. I ordered a Necklace December 13 2010and paid with a credit card. TodayJanuary 6 2011 I have not received my merchandise however the payment was taken and shows on my MasterCard for December 13 2010.
I receive an Instant Confirmation Email when I ordered. I called the toll free number after 15 days and it is just a voice message that says go to the website for Live Help. There isn't any Live Help, the Live Help Icon always says Offline. So I have sent several email messages expressing my concerns about my order and receive no response.
I have since seen this company on the Rip Off Report list for the same thing to others and urge anyone reading this to stay far away from any business with this company or you will just be throwing your money away. I am now looking at what legal options I have to have my hard earned money refunded to me.
