I purchased a bracelet from them as a Christmas 2010 gift. It looked very nice when given on Christmas. By January a stone had fallen out of it. I emailed them about the warranty. I didn't get any reply. I was told by the gift receipant in March that another stone had fallen out. I emailed them again. I finally got a reply saying that the warranty is for defective item and that the item has been worn for 3 months. How is it 3 months from Christmas 2010 to January 2011?
I wrote back to them that I want a return authorization number so that I can send this defective bracelet back and get another one.
