Niehr's own activities smell rather scammish themselves, no connection to Defrawy was found by some of the best researchers on that board. Niehr, Jr was never involved with this company or its affiliates. But then again I am not a professional photographer so I can only go with what I perceive to see. They accept any aspiring model regardless of age or physical attributes unless I am wrong. So I wonder how tough the Model Evaluation Director's position really is? It seems that the Georgia crew want to reduce expenses even further by printing a cheaper b/w version of the mag as Model Styles Magazine which Bob in Illinois at least does in color. THIS MAGAZINE IS NOT DESIGNED TO BE A "SLICK" HIGH DOLLAR MAGAZINE. IN KEEPING IT SIMPLE, WE ARE ABLE TO HOLD DOWN EVER INCREASING COSTS, ALLOWING US TO MAKE THIS AN AFFORDABLE SERVICE AVAILABLE TO EVERYONE. Have they parted ways? Have they paid taxes on all the cash payments from models? Do they seem to live beyond their means? I don't know. Maybe someone down there in the sleepy town of Riverdale will send a picture of their homes or vacation properties at Hilton Head.

That's a pretty darn good question, and one I've had to mull over for a bit.

Just as I wholeheartedly agree that people should have the right to express their opinions and state true facts both online and in other mediums, I will stand behind everyones right to generate money legally, provided it does not infringe on the rights of others.

That said, even though it may not be illegal for someone to run a porn site, I feel than when it is at odds with the general perception a person or company might give prior to, or after, establishing one, it bears some investigation.

By that I mean to suggest that a disparity might exist when a clown actually hates kids. Or when a child molester is running a day care center. Or when a devout Christian minister takes pictures of naked young girls. Or when a modeling agency for impressionable teens starts a hard core porn site. That sort of thing.

Take for example the self-appointed founder of the Coefield Spirit Filled Ministries in Madison, Georgia. Let's call him Reverend Allen Coefield for the sake of argument. The good Reverend is a bit of a shutterbug and talent scout based on his impressive resume.

I am glad that he draws the line at what he considers porn. Of course after developing presumably thousands of rolls of "discrete adult film" that line might get blurred a bit.

But there is nothing at all regarding the scams that they apperently run. What is the scam? How many people are legitimate victims? Where is the documentation that proves your point?
