his/hers rooms NO RETURNS Dallas Texas
Purchased a bra for my wedding. Went to try on and did not fit at all. Returned item using the provided return label there was nothing to fill out for reason of return just the address label. Company sent it back with a color printed note stating their quality comtrol staff determined a refund would not be given due to return condition.
I emailed them and said there was no dirt or anything wrong only that I removed the removeable straps and the tags so I could try it on.

Hello, I do apologize however the item was not returned in its original condition. The tags were not attached, the straps were not attached and it did not pass our Quality Control Inspection. Also the item is a Bridal Item which has a 15 day return policy. We are unable to take any Bridal Items back after the 15 day return window. Again, I do apologize for the confusion and hope you give us a chance to meet your needs in the future. Thank you, your friends at HerRoom/HisRoom.
There was nothing noted any where about this being a bridal item or the return time. I received the item and not even a copy of my order. There was a sticker with a returned label - thats all.
I did not wear this - it is perfect condition except I did remove all the tags so I could try it on. There were removeable straps attached and another set of straps not attached, I needed strapless so I just unhooked the attached ones did not hook them back on but did include them on the return.
There was no reason for a refusal of the refund this was returned in perfect condition. It was never woren or used in any way - I couldnt, it was about 2 sizes too small. I want a refund but mostly I want everyone to be aware and not order if there is any chance they may need to return an item - a refund will not happen.
