So as the title stated, I have a problem with Hits Ny LLC. Since my parents are not the best at english, I, the daughter of the family, am the one who is typing this. I had asked my parents to sign me up for Hits NY's full summer program which would give dance, singing, and language classes. The program was going to be an intense program where the trainees would be on a strict schedule and I was lured by that idea since 6 weeks of intense training would certainly improve my skills.
Now this is where I get to the problem. The program costed 7,500 which I pleaded my parents to pay for as it was something I really wanted to do. Though my family is not rich, it was because I had gotten a full-scholarship to my college that my parents were willing to pay. We went to the Pearl Studios and met with the Marketing Coordinator, Lois Chun, and after seeing the trainees that were already there and talking with Ms.Chun, my parents gave her a check and money orders which totaled to 7,500. Afterwards, my mom was contacted by the bank a few times saying that the check was being deposited to a weird account and not to the company account. Ms.Chun then contacted saying that she misplaced her company card for the company account and therefore, the money was being deposited to the manager's account. Believing her, we allowed the check to go through.
The program was to start on July 13. However, after having packed all my stuff and was ready on July 5 waiting for the 13 to come, Ms.Chun, called on July 11 saying that the program was canceled due to the lack of funds. This shocked me because all the e-mails that I had gotten prior all made it seem as if there were no problems and the program was set to happen and not only that, I was informed two days before the start of the program itself that the program was a no go. She promised that all trainees would get their refunds and in addition, free tickets to the 2ne1 concert that was to happen on August 17 which she had said the company was asked to host. I later received an e-mail on July 16 which said " To all the parents and trainees,Once again I cannot apologize enough for the cancellation of this year's summer camp. Again, we didn't have enough students for the full time portion and I was unable to convince the staff in Korea to participate for 2 weeks. After speaking with banks and locations of where the deposits have been, if you could please give us 10 business weeks which is 2 weeks. So by the end of July all amounts will be returned or arranged for pick. All amounts will be prepared in cashier's checks so they are certified funds. Thank you for your patience, once again I cannot apologize enough for all of this." After getting this e-mail, my parents and I waited for two weeks before contacting her again. When we did contact her, she said she was still talking with the bank for the money back. Up until today, I have still yet to receive the money back and every time I call her, she either makes an excuse like the hotel, Gansevoort Hotel, that we were suppose to stay in would not give her the money back and other places that she had deposits in. Other times, she would say that she was busy and would call back but never does. I want to know what is going on and get my money back. I'm writing this report to back Mary Cicitta's report. Please help my family get back our hard earned money. Thank you.

I am an ex-employee and also a victim. I wrote this. Please read.
Lois Chun opened the new business 'ekou creator' after ran away from victims of 'HITSNY'. Ekou creator was located at 36 W 37th St. #409 New York, NY10018 Since there were no income from investigator or private loan, She moved into her home office. (144-49 barclay ave, Flushing, NY) At this moment, whoever arguing about your money with Seung Chun, Seung Jeon or Lois Chun, you better watch her carefully. She will run away sooner or later.

She has not paid back the children under the age of 18.
She has not paid back those that have returned to Korea.
She owes several staff members money. They are as low as $3,000 and range to $20,000. These staff members, aka office staff, were college students looking for internships.

So I only got two checks from this woman. One was not even from her account. The other she decided to misspell my last name on the check and spell it correctly on the envelope she sent it in. BS. If she knew what it is and knew it was a mistake, why did she still send the check? After that, I got nothing.
7 on your side did a story on it today 10/19/12 but I'm dissatisfied. She is NOT paying us back ever! She hasn't even payed back pearl studios the 6,000 she owns to them. We're not beggars waiting for her to frickin send small stupid little 100 to 200 checks every week. She can't even do that! She used up our money and ran by filing bankrupt.
I don't know what kind of messed up woman she is that would make a program and then, destroy the dreams of children who really thought they had finally gotten a chance of getting somewhere in the korean music industry ( talking about the trainees) but I want her to pay back all the money she owns.

My name is Mia Lerda and I would like to offer my support in your endeavor against Hitsny and specifically Lois Chun. I have been a witness and victim to the unprofessional behavior by that woman and her company staff . I've witnessed her take credit for other peoples work and art, tell kids to lie and steal concert tickets. I seen her promise concert tickets to children in return for grunt work. Ive also witnessed her tell kids to make fake facebook profiles to lure others into false situations and theivery,...shes done it all with saying she had permission by Korean Entertainment companies such as SBS, SM Entertainment, KBS and YG family and the korean produce association of new york. her unethical behavior has ruined friendships, caused internet bullying and drama and has lead unknowing families into trusting her. She has asked for money among websites and groups as well as facebook fan pages. ANd whenever she gets caught she deletes the evidence. Her recent kidnapping of a mbc documentary on a handicapped girl even is further proof on her stealing from people who cannot defend themselves. However please contact me if you need any help or letters of reference to any of these situations because this person needs to be stopped. I know 2 more teenagers whom she tried to borrow money from too. I hope you get your money back and I hope Lois Chun returns to the rock in Texas she came from! SHES A SNAKE and anyone who works with her should be forewarned on what type of thief and liar she is! Im sorry you believed in her.. im so sorry anyone did.
