I purchased an air swimmer fish on November 10, 2016 for my son for Christmas, and the price was $39.95. On December 21, 2016 I still had not received the item. I have sent the company feedback on the website, as this is the only way of contacting them. I still have not received the item or a response from the company despite my attempts to contact them. There is no phone number or email contact. On November 10 I received an email that my package was shipping and there was a tracking number, but when I try to track the package it is unavailable. It's very disappointing and frustrating to lose a fun Christmas gift for my son, and not get my money back. I will now be contacting my bank.
