On June 27th I purchased 3 water heaters that were discounted. Paid for them, waited 2 days for them to come. After various calls and hours waiting on hold. They finally told me that the order was a mistake and they would not honor the price nor offer any discounts or concessions. They said that my only options was to come in get a refund for the order and purchase a different one at full price.
I call Home depot corp office and opened on june 29th. On june 30 i called back and I asked for written reason why order is not being fufilled.
Also note per calls with corp office 3 times the store manager has reported to corp office she has spoken with me and resolved the issue. I never spoken with her once and I have yet to receive any written explanation.
As of today 7/2/2022 I randomly received an email for refund i did not authorize. no communcation, no confession for my wasted time. NOTHING, also I am one of their Pro rewards customers. Apparently that means nothing to them. Will be letting all my fellow contractors know about this issue...
