If you read the complain above carefully and understand it, you will realize that the order was never finalized because Lee Krumbien the president refused to allow the order to go thru at the price on the website. Therefore, yes there will be no order number or order in the system, because the order was never completed and refused by your company president before it was placed.
Next time, please read the complaint carefullly and understand it before you respond. Your response makes you look really bad and shows that you responded without fully understanding the complaint above.
This is the type of difiiculty that you will face in dealing with the support staff at Home Gallery Stores, they will respond without listening to you and it will not be relevent to your actual complaint. They seem to spend more effort defending themselves rather than fixing their poor business practices and customer service.

Home Gallery Stores has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, and the author of this post has fabricated complaints from multiple "customers" in an effort to make Home Gallery Stores look bad.
