Today I had a customer service rep fro Home Price Club contact me and he was fantastic. He listened, was honest and frank about what went wrong and resolved the delivery insurance charge. He was concerned that I was happy...and by the end of our conversation I was completely satisfied. Because of him I would shop there again. I told him that due t his actions he had won me back as a customer. Thanks.
