On November 11,2016. I ordered a Sony  play station 4. As a HSN Credit card holder I was entittled to special long term financing.

I called them at the end of November to be sure that I was placed in the right financing program.

HSN claims that I returned the item (I did not) I asked them to send proof that I returned it. They said they didnt have it.

(This was Januarey 2017).

I called Commenity Bank they keep sending mr letters its a HSN problem not theirs.

I called HSN numerous times to customer service, but never get a snail or email letter in reply.

I am hearing imparied, but they have 1) my email address 2) my text phone number and 3) my fax number.

Being deaf I have to use the relay 711 serive. Of course customer servicd is overseas and the relay operators say they are hard to undderstand. I keep asking for a supervisor, but they are no help.

In the mean time I keep racking up late and interest fees. (it was supposed to be interst free until nov 2017.

My credit has taken a hit for the late fees.
