I am a tenant with a valid rental agreement. The property is now bank-owned and I received a letter offering relocation assistance, which I badly need because I am out of a regular job and earning very little. I have tried repeatedly to contact the number on the letter but the person's mailbox is full and I am sent into a loop of canned instructions. Please help! Thank you.
