Complaint Review: HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL A GMAC COMPANY - Waterloo Iowa

I bought my first home in 2005, i was orginally sending my payments to NEW CENTURY FINANCE out of California , i had made TWO payments to this company before my loan was sold to HOMECOMINGS!!! LITTLE did i know that i was in for i NIGHTMARE frome hell,@ first my payments started out @ a reasonable$703.00. I even called homecomings to sign up with automatic withdrawl, now this company was to accquire my loan on December of 2005.

I called Homecomings Customer Service on October 16,2005 to sign up for Automatic Payment Plan, i gave them my checking account number and had them say it back to me twice,i was even asked to pick out my withdrawl date the 14 of every month.

At this time it was explained to me that HOMECOMINGS would only give me Three NSFs and then drop me from the Autopayment plan.Long story short not only did they not takeout my payment on its due date,but they tried to take out money until January 21,2006 on a account that was not mine!!! These so called INTELLIGENT people transposed my account numbers!! THEN sent my foreclosure notices along with NSF fees of approxmately $700.!!!

i have fees for property inspections of $35.,other fees $54. and worst of all mycredit is so damaged that i am unable to refianance or get a line of equity. I am on my second REPAYMENT PLAN!!! I just completed my first re-payment plan in January06.

In March of 06 I recieved a phone call from this company telling me that i owed the$236. for Property inspections and NSF fees. Now i had closed that account on January 21,2006 after i had contacted HOMECOMINGS not once ,not twice but four times by phone two times by mail to cancel me out of the autopay plan.

now my first repayment plan amountwas$850.MY current REPAYMENTPLAN amount is $1017.! I have sent this company a copy of my VETERANS PROPERTY TAX EXEMPT FORM.THEY have now paid next years taxes which are not due yet and i am 100% exempt from!! Every i MONEY GRAM,WESTERN UNION OR MAIL MY PAYMENT IN ADDITION TO THIS I CALL HOMECOMINGS TO NOTIFY THEM OF THIS ,and they tend to get upset because i do this,and i kindly remind them that THEY are not getting the house THAT GOD BLESSED ME WITH because of their bad bookkeeping.

I have tried three diffrent time to REfinance my home else where but because of HELLCOMINGS horrible bookkeeping and posting i am unable to refianance or even get a line of equity!!! All i want is a place to raise my daughter and give her the kind of life i had,even if i am a single parent! All people deserve a place to live.!!! We do not deserve the HELL AND B.S that HOMECOMINGS has and is putting us through and they continue to to it and get away with it!!!

This has put a Tremendous amount of stress on my HEALTH ,LIFE AND MY POCKET BOOK! I have to take out a payday loan just to get through the month, this is noway for a child to grow up having to see her parent stressing over how am i going to get you to your specialty doctor 200 plus miles away!!!SOME ONE PLEEEEEAASE HEEELLPPP!!

THESE companies are getting richer whilst us hard working reliable people are in Major danger of losing what we have been Blessed with or worked hard for.Where is the justice for us something Must be done! I know that somewhere out there is a Attorney who can and will help us who are being robbed ,raped,pillaged by unfair mortgage practices such as these, i can truly identify with Victims of HOMECOMINGS.

This is suppose to be a special time when purchasing a home and it most definately has not been the case for me,my home needs repairs which i cannot do thanks to hellcomings,they have damaged my credit and taken my joy owning a home,i donot sleep at night for fear of foreclosure due to their negligence,although i am making my payments ahead of time. i cannot even afford to take my little girl to a $2.00 movie thats shameful!!! HELP PLEASE!!PORFAVOR AYUDAME!!
