Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I have been dealing with this company for 14 years and have had the worst experience of all with them. I do not recommend them to anyone. They are scam artists.

I have been paying to about four different companies over the years. They have kept switching the names which caused confusion to the to the whole ordeal overall. They have done nothing but cause trouble and stress in my life.

When I first signed up for the mortgage and I told them that I was married, the representative who helped me explained that I should not say that I was married. He told me that the mortgage couldn't go though if I said that I was married on the application. They told me that all the papers I needed to sign were not necessary to read, which allowed them to scam me into.

The house that I purchased only costed 6,000 dollars and they took out a 25,000 mortgage. I have paid them back this money over the years, plus interest. I am currently still having to pay them money that I cannot afford. I also have to pay late fees which add extra to my account.

As the years pass by, the amount I owe them rises every year which makes it seem impossible to pay. I will not finish paying for this house until I am 105 years old which is no guarantee that I will even reach close to that age.

They continually charge more to my interest and principal amount which is $9,653.40. Every time that I attempt to ask for an explanation they always respond to not worry about it. I do not understand why I am being treated like this. I need to know what is going on because I do not have the financial ability to pay them for the rest of my life or longer than that.

I need help and consolidation with this case or at least something to point me in the right direction to allow me to fix this mess that they have created. I would like to file for a lawsuit against as others have before. And I would like for it to be against all of these different companies that have changed over the years.

I also don't understand why GMAC can go file for bankruptcy and the customers can't. They want to gain money to handle their situations but fail to realize that their the ones ripping others off. I need answers to all of my questions and I want others to be aware of the dangers of GMAC Mortgage and Homecoming Financial.

To Ripoff Report, I ask for help and guidance in the right direction. Could you please write and mail me a letter. If not please email me in response email me in response.

Thank you

I don't know whether those allegtions are true of course, but if you would like to have a voice... here's the guy who can help: Go to LinkedIn, it's free and the NMS group is public. The government's Monitor is Joseph Smith. He is sponsoring a working session and this is what he wants to hear, so he can help. Billions in penalties were assessed in 2012, so this LinkedIn group wants your examples and can help. LinkedIn is simple - don't worry about the hundred profile questions, skip to the end and just add your email and contact info.

Good luck
