Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I wrote a report on the foreclosure sale of my parents home. I am convinced that this is some kind of flip flop scheme and the mortgage has changed hands so many times and no one will speak to us, it's hard to tell where this is coming from. This is no mistake. This is FRAUD!

What's worse, the story that was given to us at the hearing. If the sale actually takes place, that will make everything said at the hearing a boldface LIE!

We were lead to believe this would not be a problem.

We were lead to believe that the agreement made between my mother and the mortgage company that was fully executed and the payments were recieved was this end of the story but if it still persist. Someone is not tell us something in the presence of a JUDGE.

Now before I get really carried away and start pointing fingers at people in high places, I am going to finish collecting information and see if I can't get a transcript of the hearing because if this is not RESOLVED. I WILL be filing a report to the FBI because there are ongoing investigation of mortgage fraud rampant since the interest rates fell so low.

This is not a mistake. This is not merely a rip-off. This is a deep rooted problem that probably goes way beyond the mortgage companies and VERY ILLEGAL.

I recall some of your comments on here and if I remember correctly, you lost your house. I'm sorry to hear that and I can see you aren't real happy about it. I just don't understand some of the things that have happened. I just don't. They had to pay a few grand for attorney fees for homecoming and the sale has been stopped....like an hour before the sale. That's what it came down to...the last minute. That's a great deal of stress and I understand that a company must make their money but does it mean they should get away with not sending notice? Not to me. Does it mean they should file a suit for foreclosure against only one of the people on the mortgage and not the main signature? That doesn't make a lot of sense, does it? Not to me. Does it make sense that they should wait untill the last minute to make an arrangement? Not to me. It seems to me that they do pretty much what they want and it doesn't really seem like it has to be that complicated. My mother didn't even know the amount she was supposed to pay. I know she tried talking to them but they started asking her for stuff as though they were intending to run her credit again and was telling her she couldn't pay for the house...which there may be some truth there since the interests rates have gone up but the way they have done this has, in my opinion, been overkill. They did a lot of things they weren't supposed to do and to deffend yourself against that, you need a lawyer. How in the world are you supposed to make your house payments when you are having to pay a lawyer because you don't understand what the heck your mortgage company is doing? Why does it have to be this complicated? Why is it so hard to understand what they are doing to the point that one walks out of a hearing thinking everything has been taken care of? If both people on the mortgage had been notified and briefly counseled if they were late...or if they had late fees that were perpetuating MORE late fees if they weren't paid....instead of just thinking everything is fine....I don't think it would have come to this. I think they would have agreed to sell it before it started negatively affecting their credit the way it has but so much for good communication, right? I knew the house was in foreclosure before anyone else because they honestly thought everything was fine. They kept telling me, assuring me that it was a mistake because of what the judge said and the fact that they were still accepting payments. If the payment maker is to keep up their end of the deal, the the mortgage company should go by the book as well and it could make all of this a much more efficient, less angry system....but maybe these people like being difficult or maybe they just don't like their jobs enough to realize that most people don't read minds and they often don't know what is going on....especially when they do stuff like what they did. I'm not wrong for saying this. I know I'm not. The case number clearly stated it was the lender vs. one person on the mortgage and not the main signature and to this day that person has still not recieved one piece of paper from the mortgage company or about this particular ruling on this matter. Not one. What does that tell you? If they don't have something up their sleeve involving private investors and flipping schemes then they really need to consider hiring some better communicators.....seriously.
