HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL FRAUDULENT, CAUSES PEOPLE TO LOSE EVERYTHING LIARS, DISHONEST ripoff DALLAS Texas
I want the world to know how Homecomings financial caused my family to live in fear. Last March of 2004 Homecoming Financial went into my Bank account with out telling and took out 1200 dollars, two weeks before my scheduled electronic payment was due, this caused us to bounce 25 checks, have late fees and when I called them up to tell them that they had to put the money back, they were very rude and belittled me.
After 2 weeks I recieve the check and was charged a late fee from them. When I presented them with all my late fees from my credit cards, returned checks fees, my bank fees, and other bank fees they told me they would not pay any of it because it was my fault that they took the money out early which is a lie. I had over 1000 dollars in fees which put me behind in my mortgage for one month, than they started saying that I was
sending my payments in late (which I was not) charging me with late fees, interest fees, which was adding on almost 200 dollars a month on to my mortgage.
I was falling behind and when I would call Homecoming and try to talk to them they were rude and made me cry, Then they started not putting my payments towards my mortgage. In November 2004 I recieved Aforclosure notice. I contacted the attorneys and they told me to contact homecomings. I was calling Homecomings 3 to 4 times a day and no one returned any of my phone calls. Then I got a letter from Homecomings telling me than can help me if I would call.
Well I could them again every hour for 3 weeks and finally Rodger Barton called me and said they could reinstate my loan foran extra 500 dollars a month and I had to have the payment to them by the first of every month. If they didn't get the payment on the first, my house would be gone.
My problem is that my husbnd gets paid every 2 weeks and sometimes he gets paid on the last day of the month so how am I to get thme the payment by the first. They only take a cashiers check, so I can't right a check to make sure they get it before the first. So now we are behind in ALL our bills and have only 200 doolars a month left for groceries, gas. Did I mention we have 2 children under the ages of 5 and that we can't even pay our electic and water.
So we got carged almost 1000 dollars from Homecomings to pay for the foreclosue attorneys on top of 3 other fees?My mortgage went from 1100 to 1642 on top of the 1000. Our life is ruined and we have to live in fear of losing our house.
