Homecomings Financial ripoff, worst mortgage company in america!!! Dallas Texas
homecomings financial purchased my mortgage from another lender. i had an agreement in place with the former lender to make up payments missed so i could replace a boiler. homecomings refused to honor said agreement and wanted to foreclose two months after they purchased the loan.
so we tried to work out a forbearance plan, but when i recieved it, it was not what marcus kain and i discussed. it raised my house note from $1032 to $1532. no way i could do this. so they had already schedualed a trustee sale for the 23 of march. i informed them of my desire to redeem. its a right guaranteed by statute in the state of missouri.
so i went to the sale on the 23 to serve my intent to redeem that must be served on date of the sale and they changed the sale date. i asked mr kain why it was postponed and he said so we can work on the forebearance but they never made another offer or backed off the original one. on march 30, without notifying me, they had the trustee sale for my property.
the only way i found out is they mailed me a "cash for keys " letter but they found out the hard way it aint that easy. im suing in court and now they want to "work it out "HELL NO" I AM OUT FOR BLOOD!!!!
