I have the worst mortgage agreement ever...My fault. My problem is with Customer Service. You can't get a phone number off their Web page, they want you to E-mail them. Well I did. In April. with a very descriptive question about the penalty they have on my mortgage. In May, no response, so I E-mail for status. They have no record. In May, I E-mail again. Today is June 26th, no response received. I do not have any problems with my payments being late, ever.
I make one extra payment a year. I consider my mortgage one of the most important bills I have, as I think most people do too, Why then, is "Customer Service" so hard to receive. All, I want is a person to answer my question. I don't need this runaround. i'm too busy working to pay my MORTGAGE.

Mr. Paul Williams is the Principal and Assistant Vice President. The number posted in the title 651-699-1111 is specifically for complaints, however for another option phone: 1-800-206-2901. I have not tried any contact information. I can't remember what address you had posted so I will list these, just in case these are ones you don't have: Homecomings Financial, 8400 Normandale Lake Blvd., Minneapolis, MN, 55436, or 2711 N. Haskell Avenue, Suite 900, Dallas, TX, 75204. Here is another phone: 952-857-7735. Additional company management personnel is: Ms. Sheila Gregory. This company is based out of Minneapolis, and they might have an updated report, at their own BBB. The information I have is from www.dallas.bbb.org. Starting date is unclear, and they may work other financing-related areas. I wanted to mention, just in case those numbers are not getting to the department you want. At the least, whoever you reach should tell what specific number is available. Hope this helps.
