Homecomings Financial, GMAC Company Cannot explain why I have extra charges and only paid 2,000 in 10 yrs. They put me in forclosure for my S&SP. Louisville Kentucky
I had my mortgage sold to Homecoming approx. 10 yrs ago after my divorce. I have a 10% int. rate I had 60,000 then and now it is 58,000. They have put me in forclosure very many times because I have S&SP to help me which that is gone now. I have so many charges which are called miscellaneous or other and cannnot be explained.
I sent a July payment in and it was returned and they had no idea why. I speak with a different person each time i call and get a different answer each time. They tell me to send many payments at once and when I can I do and then they still add charges that is unexplainable.
They send people to look at my home and take pictures and charge me for it because it is inspection fee but this is every month and sometimes more. I told the representative that I have lost my job almost a year ago and my husband is struggling to make the payments and they told me several months ago they would put my past due payment at the end of my 30 yr loan and lower my payments and all they do is send me forclosure letters.
I have done nothing but give these people all of my money because I will never be able to get help from them and they do not care if you have a home or not even my 3 children they only care about the money they are taking from you
