To the desperate home owner who is already in foreclosure and bankcrupcy this firm, no matter what they promise cannot and will not help you.  They claim help with all aspects of "defending your home" against the wrong doings of the Mortgage Co.  If you are the vanilla flavor of the "in trouble" group then they might help you.  They only have First names in the office so you aren't sure if it's an attorney you are speaking with or not.  I had to demand to see some kind of reassurance that "Gary" was in fact a lawyer and not the mail boy.  The only phone calls you will get are from Hannah the book keeper.  She is not a secretary and she is not a para-legal.  She is the money person and unless you pay her she will not let you talk to a lawyer.  Now if that isn't backwards and unprofessional I don't know what is. Hannah is the booky that promises to send in the heavies if you don't pay up.  The heavies being the bricks in the dusty back room corner where they will put your file until they get the $$$$$$$$$$$$.

I personally was promised help with fraud committed by a Senior Loan officer of Country Wide Mort. by the name of Mike Prieto and his cohort Mr. Walter Bressler lll.  These two made a refinance plan look like just what it isn't. The refinance was actually an equity stripping scam.  I personally lost $165,000.00 .   These men are now free and clear apparently.  Mr. Bressler works as a motivational speaker in Arizona and Mr. Prieto is still telling his tale in New Hampshire.  These men stole a total of 14 million dollars if the courts released the real figures.  I only got an automated victim report from the justice dept. telling me who was being sentenced or not.  The Brian Moses Realty Co. and Tricia Lynn Moser were two others involved but no one has heard a word since their closed door testimony to Jim Shepard the Assistant states' attorney of 2006.

The home Defense Team promised to help with this fraud but they can't yet.  They are still in talks with adult law offices that can carry these kinds of heavy loads.  They have been promising things they can't deliver yet because there are no contracts signed yet.  But I keep getting phone calls telling me I can't talk to a lawyer I have to pay more money to them. I think I am entitled since they have a full retainer to know if there is somewhere to move forward with this or not.  I want them to return my money if there is nothing they can do for me.  They took the money and Aneta Stancic quite susinctly informed me there is nothing she can do.  So why are they hounding me to cough up more money????  They did the usual threatening arm twisting to scare me and give them more money.  They use intimidation tactics to make me believe I will never be helped unless they get the money first.  It's a mexican stand off.  I gave them just enough to be told they can't redo my mortgage.  I already knew that.  I was promised by Joseph Tretola that a more indepth legal solution was something their firm could in fact committ to.  Isn't it fraud by all other names to take someones money and promise them something and then after money is delivered to say they cannot help?? 

The Law says a pregnant woman is not entitled to child support or any child related support until the child is in evidence.

The Law also says that a law firm cannot promise to provide services it has not yet developed.  The mother is not a mother until the child is born.  The law firm is not a law firm until it can provide the legal services it says it can.  

The Home Defense Team P.A. et al  is a Fraternaty Group looking for an Adult to carry their load.  Consumers should be careful not to engage this group and other Legal Firms should be aware that if they get involved with this group they will most assuredly be carrying the heavier load.
