2/2006 the real estate agent who sold us home, Cynthia J. Knudson wrongfully evicts on a frivolous unlawful detainer claiming we're not LEGAL REGISTERED Owners & we're late 1 month on rent. (both untrue) We dont get served with unlawful detainer, instead the real estate agent serves summons to both- deceased previous owners of my home. Discovered we're not registered legal owners due to Negligence &/or Fraud by the Dept. of Housing & Community Development
April 2006 filed complaint w/ Dept. of Housing & Community Development-division of codes & standards Office of the MOBILEHOME OMBUDSMAN field Investigator assigned June 2006, At this time my home has been removed, lot empty for almost 1 year, replaced with newer manufactured home.
Sept. 19, 2006 we legally become registered legal owners. 3 yrs went by Investigator lied & promised me would not forget my case & to be patient. Months later, he retires! case closed March 2011
Spoke w/ supervisor Teresa Grossi re-opens & expedites case 6/2011 to close a month later. Unfortunately Too much time has passed, their dept. have no records. Advised my home has been to mexico or setup somewhere in California where registration requirements are overlooked, in violation of statute.
My complaint/investigation w/ Dept.HCD should have been forwarded to the federal, state or local authority having jurisdiction. Instead it sat on a desk due to their negligence. with no resolution
