Perry agreed to become a reseller and signed a contract to make his purchase. He ordered a 100+ page web-site which is built and on-line, a merchant account, an available inventory of product which he did not have to buy in advance, like he would for other businesses. In addition, he has toll-free numbers to use for product support, a commercial sales department to assist him in making sales, a personal customer service representative, free brochures and other marketing materials.
As a reseller who has been in business for 90 days, how much has been done to succeed? Were you forced to become a reseller? No Were you provided everythng you contracted for and purchased? Yes Is your business still in place for you to work at? Yes. You have an agreement to sell a great product that is used by thousands and thousands of customers. Did you install your GPS device? Does it work as well as you were told? Yes
Don't just give up, work with your CSR and generate leads for the commercial sales department to work with you on.
There is nothing phony about the company and its not a scam.
