Hotwire.com Hotwire redefines local areas, booking hotels that are not where you think they are Internet
Hotwire displays low rate for hotel in desirable location. When you take the offer you might find out that the hotel is not where you thought. I booked a hotel that hotwire called Mission Valley, Hotel Circle in San Diego. I am from San Diego and like others there I know this location well. I booked the hotel and found out it was on El Cajon Blvd (The Blvd of "broken dreams"). Even the hotel clerk told me..."We are not located in Mission Valley, Hotel Circle."
Hotwire said that they included that hotel in that area and that if I had looked at the yellow area I would have know that the hotel could have been there. They are apparently saying that it is okay to put a yellow highlight on Tijuana and call it Southern California. I have use hotwire services in the past and been satisfied. I was dismayed that even though I called them immediately, they would do Absolutely Nothing.
