House of Sund is a Pet Store that rips you off! When Petsmart opens up, shop there! You get more for your money!
They DO NOT have good service! They took my money and they never said one word to me! THEY ARE MONEY GRABBERS!
It STINkS really bad! When i have coffe in the morning in the food cort i have to leave because the smell of fecal matter and the smell of wet wood shaveings!
You can shop online and it will be cheaper with shipping charges!
You work hard for your money don't spend it there, they rip you OFF!

House of Sund is now under new ownership

It is my understanding that House of Sund is now under new ownership. We bought a kitten from them about 3 months ago and had really good customer service. I know the last time I was in the store under the old owner that the place wasn't kept up the best but I think the new owners are doing a much better job!
