I have put my lawyer on the case and we have filed a lawsuit.
But if you are interested in joining a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against HouseValues.com/Justlisted.com, please tell me how to contact you or me by using the rebuttal box below. I don't know how to do it.
Lets not be another victim of HouseValues.com. I am tired of being harassed every day, they call me 3 to 4 times a day to threaten me.

We need to expose them to media
TO the HUNDREDS of angry realtors and brokers who are in the same situation as us (as evidenced by previous postings).
To Tracy K. Los Angeles, CA and to Rebecca from Yucaipa, CA and to everyone else LET'S BE EFFICIENT BY FILLING A CLASS ACTION SUIT. A good lawyer can make thousand of dollars by taking the case on a contingency, I am willing to pay him half of what he can get back.
We need to get together and stand up to this company. We NEED to put them out of business.
I am out of $7,000 and change, they still want $6,800, I'd rather pay my attorney
WE all want to go to 20/20 and anywhere else to expose them... we want to contact ALL agents to get them informed and it's not about the money... We are tired of being harrassed, lied to, manipulated and sold a bill of goods...
