I am a HouseHold Bank card user. The number listed on your bill is an automative number; however, when you call, you are given a toll free number to call. The toll free number will allow you to acess your account information and it will also give you options to speak with a representative. There are more effective ways of dealing with your problem rather than not paying the bill. That in the long run will adversely effect you-not the company. If you are disputing your bill, you must do so in writing. In that way, the amount you are disputing does not have to be paid at that time. However, it appears at this point, that you have waited too long to envoke that rule. The company is legit. If what you say is true - you have paid more than 720.00 on an account where the limit has only been 300.00. If your outstanding balance is 382.00 and you pay 200.00 (which is more than 50% of the remaining balance) the company has more than made their profit. Stop being angry and think about logically.
