Bothel,#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

Quoted from your complaint: "don't know their name has been sold to a realtor. In some cases they are other realtor pretending they are buyers or sellers." I encourage you to re read the actual on line form that the customer fills out. On both the justlisted.com [buyer leads] and the housevalues.com [seller leads] it clearly states that the information will go to a licensed Real Estate agent in their area. So you see, if the consumer says through email or from a phone call that, "I did not know my information was going to an agent." then it is the consumers fault for not reading the form clearly. It is not HouseValues fault that the consumer did not read the form completely. This one aspect of you're complaint does not place you in a very positive light either. It surely does not say much about you're business acumen. Did you really expect ALL the leads to go to transaction? Why not concentrate on the leads where there is dialog? Do you expect every lead to be immediately interested in buying or selling? Are you not familiar with NAR statistics that most people start their search for buying or selling on the internet. There is genuine interest when someone fills out a form. They may not be ready today, but how about in 6 months to a year from now. You are building a pipeline. Business 101. Do you think that you can actually talk to people who are ready today each and every day? No, it simply does not work that way. I suggest you take some business classes at you're local community college or something because you obviously do not have a grasp on the basic business principals. Do not blame HV because the majority ARE having success. Go to http:agentsuccessnetwork.com and read the testimonials. Very encouraging. Good luck, and I wish you all the best in you're RE career! :)
