Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This person is doing business as HCC, I did over 160 inspections over 13 counties in Oklahoma and I didn't receive a check for May at all. After repeated text, calls and emails to this person he finally replied this morning that he would check with payroll but never heard back from him so I text him again and he replied that I will not get paid for any of them as his records show some were late. After he disables your account there is no way to prove or disprove what is owed to an inspector and after spending several hundred dollars in gas, countless miles, wear and tear on my vehicle and my time on the road.. it appears I get NOTHING. He runs ads in online classifieds and I want everyone to be aware. I did a google search and nothing comes up for this business other than ads he has ran. He appears to have no web address other than software he uses for a company in California and there is another HCC in Tulsa and they said they have no idea who this person is.

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Mon, November 21, 2011

I am the owner of the company in question and would like to clear up the inaccurate information provided in the report. The subcontractor who provided the report details was not able to complete the mandatory work within the deadlines required by our client. As is stated in the contract that each inspector signs, there is no payment provided for late/incomplete/inaccurate work.

We provided opportunities to over 25 individual subcontractors throughout the state who are extremely happy with their positions. Unfortunately there's always at least one person who can't complete the work assigned as outlined in their contract. The inspector in questions did not complete their assigned work load on time and as a result we were not compensated by our client. The inspector in question also committed fraud by attempting to submit false, fraudulent and inaccurate information to a financial institution and as a result was fired by our company.

Please don't let the inaccurate and fraudulent information provided by a disgruntled ex-subcontractor negatively affect your views on our company. I can provide testimonials from over 25 previous and current subcontractors to validate the professional and legitimate business practices of our company.

Thank You
