Why wouldn't the person complaining about this man leave their information? Looks fishy to me. If it were me, I would give every detail about what happened. PLUS... I dont understand how the company is still around if they are doing stuff like this to people. It looks as though somebody has a personal vendetta either against the company or against him.

It looks to me like many ppl reading this don't understand how serious writing bad checks are. If this guy wrote "thousands of dollars" in bad checks trust me he would be behind bars. That type of crime is not taken lightly anywhere, especially not California. Now if the company is still around doing business (which they obviously have been I hear HRNational ads all over the radio all the time) then it makes me hard to believe that its owner is just running from place to place bouncing checks. Here is your proof: Proof is the fact that the company is still around doing business. Proof is the fact that the guy isn't in jail right now. If the dude wrote thousands of dollars in bad checks, don't you think Johnny Law would have gotten him already? Plus, is this guy the only owner??? The company seems pretty big. Simply put, this blatantly looks like a spoof from somebody who used to work there.

I have been an employee of HR National since 2005 and have never had any problems with getting paid. This bogus report makes no sense, if we were not paid, why would we still be working? Myself along with the remainder of the massive staff here can all agree that this is simply a disgruntled ex employee who was possibly let go for not adhering to company standards. If you are a customer or potential customer do not let this bogus post change your view of HR National or Mr. Quinones.

My name is Eric and I have worked for HR National since their opening in Santa Barbara in spring of 2004. Currently I am project coordinator for all telemarketing sales, and I have managed the sales floor in Salt Lake City, UT for over 2 years now. The posting above is out right ridiculous. Notice how the apparent "ex-employee" won't even leave their name. I have worked closely with Mark and the other owners to always keep our employees happy. If this information was correct, the entire company would have been raided and shut down years ago. HR National currently has over 100 employees and six different offices nationwide. We have NEVER had a problem paying employees- if we did, we simply would not be in business today. The fact of the matter is that this ex-employee, whoever it may have been, is disgruntled and is trying to bad mouth the owners in any way possible. Rip-Off report should have removed this posting months ago.
