Hr National is a scam. They provide no usable information for acquiring properties. I am a real estate investor with 15 properties and I am always looking for more. I ran across HR National and the rep. that I spoke with on the phone was positive that thier service was a fit for me. After finding out that my satisfaction was guaranteed and I could always "simply get my money back" I spent the $149 and signed up.

I was anxtious to log on and start finding deals. I was unable to log on right away but finally Could two days later. The Information I found was good, but it was three months old. In my business three months is too long not to mention most of these homes are in forclosure. By the time I am viewing this information the bank has already taken the property back!

After two months of checking back they still had the exact same listings that were there the first day I logged on. At this point I decided it was time to get my money back. Yes I filled out the three page form and sent it off to the Las Vgas address. It has been four months now and I have heard nothing from the people at HR National.

They have since changed thier format which deleted any record they have of me being a member and when I spoke with customer service ten minutes ago I was told I need to sign back up under the new payment plan. When I asked to speak to the rep's superior she got upset told me that they can change company policy whenever they want and hung up on me.

Don't waste your time or money on HR National, get some good educational materials and join your local REIA group.

Im sorry that you were not able to find what you needed, However the newest listings are at the end of the listings pages and is could take several monthes to find a home. I know of people personally who have gotten into homes with in 30 days. 3 actually, to be exact. so I do know that it workes. You just have to READ the "HOW TO" guide and go through and click on all the links, so you know where everything is and how it works and you can sign up with the financial consultant, there is no extra charge for that. The new trial offer is only $1.95 and that gives you 7 days to get complete access to ALL the information. I hope I have been of some help to you. Sincerely, NATALIE, HR National
