Hrblock Ignorance is not "PROFESSIONAL" they lied to me Fulton Mississippi
I opted to get my federal return in 1-2 days. I in total paid $313.00 for my prep and file for both state and federal. I was told to get my state it would take 8-16 days, ok I can deal with that. I filed my taxes Jan 11 2008. On feb 2 I called to see where my state taxes where. I was suppose to get a call back. WELL I never did. I called the next day and the rep. told me they where just filed the day before, when I had called hmmmm. Not only did they screw up my return.
When I spoke with the store manager she told me all she could do was give me a coupon; yeah right, and give me the $13.00 it cost to e-file the state. If it only cost $13.00 than why am I being charged so much. Needless to say once again I was told it would take 8-16 to get my return.
Today is the 22 of feb and I just got it. AND guess what it is $501.00 LESS than I was told I was orginally getting back. I am very upset. I am currently on hold with hrblock again for the 2nd time today running on 1 1/2 hours. I DID OPT OUT OF THE ARBITRATION AGREEE SO I WILL SUE!!! anybody that knows a good lawyer please respond.
