Once again Household finanace is up to their thievery. I paid off my account on 2/4/03. I get a bill showing I still owe $35 for a late fee for being one day late. Even though my contract gives a 10 grace period (payment was due on 2/3/03.

Household doesn't give a d**n because Rooms 2 Go (to their credit) dropped them and they know they won't get anymore money. I hold Rooms2Go responsible (even though they are not servicer), they placed their name on the card and now their customers are getting screwed. Rooms2Go refused to assist at all, and since I am in the market for a new living room and bedroom suit, I will take my business elsewhere.

I won't even go into what it was like trying to deal with Household since they are complete wastes of human flesh. I have my boat financed through Beneficial also and I will be paying it off within two weeks so the sorry no good POS will get no more money out of me.

Why should I have to fax them their own contract. They know what is in it, I'm contemplating just paying it so I can partake in any class action suits filed against them. And there will be some.

Does it say that in your contract

Does it say that you have a 10 day grace period in your contract if it does then tell hrs and they will just get you to fax a copy of the contract that states a 10 day grace period and it will be all taken care of.
