htownkickz.biz & Paypal ripoff dishonest never sent merchandise but did receive payment Missouri City Texas
On August 1st, 2002 my son ordered some shoes from a website he found while surfing the net for Jordans. The website was htownkickz.biz.
He asked me to get the shoes for him and I noticed the seller was a verified member of paypal so I sent a payment of $400.00 to them using my paypal account.
The seller informed my son the shoes would arrive in 2-3 days because they were being shipped priority. He gave him a tracking number which turned out to be bogus.
The shoes did not arrive after several days so we attempted to email and call the seller with no response.
I filed a buyer's complaint with Paypal and then the seller called and somehow managed to convince me the shoes had been sent and to please cancel the complaint.
I dont' know why I believed him but I did (assuming I could re-submit the complaint if the shoes didnt' arrive).
Well the shoes never arrived and once you cancel a complaint, you can't re-submit through paypal which is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of.
You'd think paypal would want to know if it's members are ripping off other users. They could care less.
Anyway, still no shoes and no response to any and all messages so I've filed complaints with the better business bureau in Texas, another the IFCC and now you.
The seller also sent me a delivery confirmation letter with nothing in it. That makes me think even more that this is a scam because it will appear I received something from the seller when it was just an empty envelope.
I want my $400.00 refunded and I want the seller's business shut down so he will not do this to anyone else.

I HAVE BEEN REPORTED. THIS PERSON SENT ME 400 DOLLARS. I GOT MONEY. I LATER FOUND OUT THAT THE MY SUPPLIER WAS OUT OF TOWN FOR HOLIDAYS. SO I HAD TO WAIT FOR HIM TO GET BACK SO I CAN GIVE THESE PEOPLE BACK MONEY. AT THE END I GAVE THEM BACK ALL 400 DOLLARS. NOT A PENNY MORE NOT A PENNY LESS. CAN YOU PLEASE TAKE THAT COMPLAINT OFF?????
