Hi There, Thanks for your report on this website. However we never used Microsoft or anything because our website clearly mention that we are in depended third party company. More over we have all customers voice log and accepted email agreeing to our terms which we are passing to relevant agencies for creating this issue online because we refuse to give your money back after your purchase. We are taking every fake complaint very seriously for all those customers who are acting very smart after taking the service and product from any company.
We have already contacted our Law Agencies and will be passing those customers details who are looking for an excuse to get their money back.
Our email and customer service number are working fine, so anyone needs any explanation against these customers who wants free bees from internet ask me at [email protected]
One more thing if you know high sale pitch and knows its a fake sale call ? why would you even entertain this? why would you pay on the first instance? Don't worry your email and voice log has been gone for further checks and will take strict action no matter what happen to our company growth. We will fight this back and we are on a serious note.

First of all, they called the house several times, even after being told not to call anymore. After losing my temper and calling the man on the other line a few choice words I thought that it would be over, he STILL called back and then told me that I am not intelligent and that he would only speak to my wife. My wife kept him on the line for 20 minutes asking question after question as she was suspicious of the caller, when she refused to buy the product the caller then told her that he had wasted enough of HIS TIME and that he would be contacting the FBI to come to our home.....although my wife never gave him our address or her name....this is a scam of gigantic proportions in my opinion. I will be submitting the URL line that I got to our fraud division....oh did I mention that I work for a local sheriffs department?

I've got video of everything that my post states.
This was done to my wife. She got an eerie feeling, put her phone on speaker and started recording everything the person was doing to her computer.
As of the date of this post, we haven't noted any financial theft or unauthorized charges, but this is very unnerving considering the "tech" had control of my wife's computer. The first time she showed me the video, I caught on that the guy was full of it right away when he told her that the test he had done (before she started recording) had stated that the computer will fail soon and she could lose everything and the computer would be junked and unrecoverable. Then he proceeded to do the command prompt/tree scam "test" to convince her further.
This is nothing but a scam company that sells an over-priced product. Avoid at all costs.
