  Crooks & Liars. Worst car dealer to do business with, sales associates & managers are all incompetent, don't listen & will tell you they never said things that they in fact did & never respond to your inquiries and concerns. I told the sales associate I wanted to transfer my current plates, I was charged for new ones... finally got what I asked for & told I would get a refund for the overpayment approximately 2 weeks after everything is finalized, that was 3 months ago, still no refund. Spoke to a manager & he told me it was processed 3 weeks before the day I was calling on & I should have it in 7-14 days... which have passed, I called today & he told me he never said that. The fact that I have to keep calling to not get a response, or speak to people who know nothing & call me a liar to get MY money back is ridiculous. Not to mention I was sold a car with a s**t load of issues because they didn't do a thorough inspection, I also waited an entire month to get my registration only after I went in and personally spoke to a manager in person about it because they had me driving around with an expired temporary plate and almost 2 months for the title. Save yourself the trouble & take your business elsewhere, buying a car from here was the biggest mistake I could've made.
