After putting up with the worst service on the planet I had this service terminated and requested a return Package or Kit.

In this Kit was a pictorial sheet of packing instructions which I followed exactly. I then paid the early termination fee and last service bill and sent the equipment back with the shipping label provided.

  A little over 3 months later I was billed for what they claimed a missing radio.   The radio is first item in the box and must be removed from the box to get out the modem. If these people collected the modem they have collected the radio as well.

When I inquired about this issue  the people at Hughes Net claimed the contense of the return kit is determined by weight.

The return just happened to weigh the exact same as the returned loaded Kit box. Now how does that work? It doesn't, I'm being lied to about what they actually recived. Not only are these people Rip Offs they are incompitent as well.
