Hughes Net taken money out of account without permission. toledo ohio
I called hughes net in feburary for there service, got it installed out here after leaving there was no service, called hughes net to cancel, the lady said it was cacelled they would send me a box to return the items back, no box to return the items called them back march , the same thing happened no box to return the items, again in april..now it is may called them again to cancel and return the items, they told money out of my grandsons account and refuse to put it back in.of 79.13 cancel led my card calld them and told them what they did and they refuse to put his money back in his account, finally recived a box on 5/19/14 then no ups truck came to pick it up until I went to ups store to shipped it off and then on may 21,2014 they recived it then tryed to take 300.00 , more out on my grandsons account..now the bank is disputed the charges on his account..do not use them watch your accounts....also if they ask for a credit card DoNot give them one.they will tell you they will not use it...Thats A Lie..
