 Hughesnet and att offered satellite tv and internet package deal for $51.87 a month for 2 years. After one year my bill went to $91.87. I contacted Hughesnet to dispute the bill and it was corrected only after threatening to cancel service. One year later my bill again went to $91.87 again I called Hughesnet and argued for a better price. I was offered a package for a one year contract at $51.87 on June 26,2017 with a credit for previous over charges. August 2017 Hughesnet began billing us $91.87 again and continued through October 2017 when my wife realised her card was again being overcharged. We called Hughesnet October 26 2017 to dispute the over charges. Hughesnets reply was the one year contract had run out and there were no more discounts available. These actions by Hughesnet appear to be a systematic process by which they try to evade the contractual obligations agreed to. Apparently Hughesnet is counting on people to miss the over charges and or not demanding Hughesnet honor their own obligation.
