HVH Transport Denver CO. Stoled my $ 2,400.00 from my escrow account when I resigned from this Company Henderson Colorado
I started working for this company on november 2015, unfortunally the truck from quality company, that I place on service had so many mechanically problems, I ask Recruiter mngr. Colin if I cualified for a truck from Arrow leasing, and allso ask if and event I quit or get fire it wont hurt me to break the lease, he did'nt have an answer, in steded he referme to Mourin, the one h*o set the contract to sign, she neither have an answer so I tried get back to Colinn he was no longer taking care of that matter I contact Mike on recruting he did'nt know anything about it, unfortunally this is the way the administration,
do bussiness with contractor, every body said that's is not my job, I end signing the contract, on april 15 because I need to get some revenue. Not good look with that lemon truck, that I have for less than a month, I only worked with that junk truck like a week and half the other thre weeks at the dealer beem fixed. When I contact payroll for my escrow account, I was told by Ben Canon, that the truck was not a walk away lease, so they retain that money, if I can affort and attorney I will sued then for dishonesty. Dispach is the worse, have to wait half a day most of the time to contac then even if leaving masages or emailed
