Hydroreactors LLC> will not refund us our money for product that did not work on our auto. Spring Texas
Hydroreactors LLC will not let us return their product that did not work on our auto which is agains their warranty in writing, e-mail messages and phone conversations.
Mr. B.-mailed us and send the RMA number was sent to us so we could return the product, but we never received it. They will not accept the product package with out this number on it. Therefore we will not get our refund.
We called our credit card company and they told us that they called Hydroreators and that we were refused to allow us to return their product.
Our credit card company said we were beyond the limit of days for them to get our money back which Hydroreactors knew and strung us along until it was too late for our credit card company to get our refund.
Anyone out there who was scammed like us going to take legal actions, if so let us know.
I called the DA in Houston, TX and they are sending us forms to fill out, but they can not help us get our refund, but will definitely look into this company.
On another web site, several people have filed or are in the process of filing complaints on this company with the DA's office in Houston.
We learned our lesson that no matter how much we checked out this company, the crooks are selling things over the Internet, so we will not purchase anything else via Internet.
