HYL Consultants, Hep Yanez Guinn (Lusica), Eugene James Williams, aka Amunhotep El Bey, and Dave Otto have committed foreclosure fraud by soliciting clients with promises that they can not fulfill and services not rendered. They charge you up front about $3,000 and never do anything for you. They have never won a case and can not provide any documentation of anything that they have done. These people are a complete fraud and several former clients have filed police reports and have reported them to the FBI. Stay as far away from this company and these people as much as you can. They will soon be in jail for the crimes they have committed against many people in Hawaii.

The Consumer fraud report filed by Richard Lee is purely fictious in regards to Eugene James Williams, aka, Amunhotep El-Bey. The allegations are purely unfounded and constitutes defamation of character and false claims. Richard Lee is a business associate of mine that I am paying with funds from the same so-called fraudlent mortgage process that he has reported as a scam. Richard has withdrawn the complaint against Amunhotep El-Bey, because the allegations are unfounded in regards to Amunhotep El-Bey. I have given the FBI and the courts copies of my mortgage process 6 months ago, and I am not in jail or under investigation.
