Linda I will tell you what I think happened to you. It sounds like their "Service Shark" wanted to find a way to pump some money out of you and maybe do some "Double Dipping" Let's say a car owner has a problem with a car that is covered under the makers warranty. The amount that is paid to the dealer for a repair is a set price. You might say "Controlled Profit" Car dealers do NOT like "controlled profit". They want to make or take as much as they can from EVERY CUSTOMER even all of their friends will get bent over. In your case I feel that the "Service Shark" wanted you to feel that your warranty would not cover the troubles you are having so they could remove the car maker's "Controlled Profit" and make or take so much more money from you. Did they PROVE you had tranny fluid in your brake system? I bet the answer is NO! $2204.81 is a Rip Off even if they replaced the complete breaking system. You must remember that many "Service Sharks" are EX "Lot Sharks" you know them as car sales people. I bet they got money out of you for the repair and then submit a warranty claim to Hyundai and got money from them too. Doing this is called "Double Dipping" Try going to these web sites Linda and post your thoughts as to what product or service they sell to car dealers. www.biggross.com www.carsalestraining.net www.autosalestraining.com www.americanautoseminars.com www.carsalestraining.co.uk/what.html www.fandiprofit.com/increasedprofits.html www.autoconsultants-training.com/sales.html www.nationalautotraining.com/training/home.html www.autosalestraining.com/Our_Success/index.html Want me to post the whole list that I have? Next I feel you need to send a "Printer Friendly Version" of your Rip Off Report to Consumer Affairs Hyundai Motor America 10550 Talbert Ave. P.O. I feel they SUCK! If you want to find out if your warranty has been voided, Take your car to a different Hyundai and find out what they say about your warranty. Linda you should Know that most car dealers do not want you to have a car makers warranty so they can bend you over for any amount they want every time you visit them. They do NOT like the "Controlled Profit" idea! Remamber: Their gain is your Pain! I hope that this helps you.
