Hyundai Corp Herb Chambers RIPOFF, LEMON, ROTTEN SERVICE TRASH FOR A VEHICLE abused & mistreated victimized false promises Auburn Massachusetts
I bought a 2001 Hyundai Sante Fe in March, 2002. April 2, 2002 the dealer got into a accident with it. Refused to refund my money or even give me a loaner. I still have not gotten any paperwork regarding the accident, including the police report. I sent letters and have called many times to the General Manager and the Owner Mr. Dan Bortolussi.
We waited 3 weeks and had to argue with them about replacing both bumpers on the vehicle. They did agree to replace everything at no cost to us. It was not what we wanted. My husband and I spent many hours in person and on the phone with them. The accident was minor, but my vehicle is not the same.
Now, here it is January 14, 2003 my Santa Fe is in the shop to have new engine put in. It only has 29,000 miles on it. I can't even begin to list the complications that both my husband and I have been through. This letter would be 8 pages long. I will be sending letters to Hyundai.corp directly, as well as the Better Business Bureau in MA.
Don't ever buy a Hyundai product. Dont't ever go to Herb Chambers in Auburn, MA.

I have bought all of my vehicles from many different herb chambers dealerships and have never had a problem with any of the transactions.

I PURCHASED A 2003 HYUDAI TIBURON IN JUNE 2003. I HAVE HAD NUMEROUS PROBLEMS INCLUDING ENGINE STALLING,ENGINE LIGHT STAYING ON,BLACK SMOKE FROM EXHAUST ON STARTING,SUNROOF INOPERATVE,ELECTRIC WINDOWS NOT OPERATING,BRAKES PULLING ETC. I HAVE TAKEN CAR TO ARROW HYUNDAI IN WEST ALLIS WISCONSIN MANY TIMES AND THE CAR WAS TOWED TO SAME DEALER 4 TIMES BY HYUNDAI ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE.I AM STILL HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS. I HAVE CONTACTED DISTICT OFFICE IN CHICAGO MANY TIMES.THIS COMPANY MAKES EVERY ATTEMPT TO BLAME THE CONSUMER FOR THEIR INEPTNESS. I HAVE HAD TO PAY $214.00 FOR A 15,000 MILE SERVICE PACKAGE SINCE THAT WAS THE PROBLEM ACCORDING TO THIS DEALER AND THE CHICAGO DISTRICT OFFICE.I RETURNED HOME AND NOTICED THAT THE SAME PROBLEMS EXSISTED. THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING ME TO EXPRESS MY CONCERNS ABOUT THIS VERY INFERIOR PRODUCT!

I know your frustration. I have had issue with my Hyundai dealer and the company. I believe that we, the consumer, can fight this company and win. I am urging people to come forward with information to place aginst Hyundai Motor America in court letting them know that we are the consumer and we demand great customer service and above all QUALITY! File a Rip-off Report.

Email their web master a Direct link to your Rip Off Report and tell them about the Rip Off Report you filed. I am sure that their web master will send a copy directly to Herb Chambers. Exposing a dirty car dealer can be so much fun.
