IADT - International Academy Of Design & Technology - CLCorp. Loan interest rate increased to 11.9% of $64,000 Bachelors Degree of Applied Science. I confirmed today that this new IADT which still lists the school code in PN for students aquiring Federall Stafford Loans and Private CLC Loans Skyrocket, IRS is auditing this facility and CLC, the parent company that owns the school provides student housing and private loans for housing. I have loans here for the past three quarters that recently doubled to 11.9% interest, and also was persuaded into college. The representative said total rent, including utilities, but not including Television or Internet, I was told there was a student that I could get along with and made to presume, more precisely, bamboozled, into believing that they would provide my monthly rent for $475, which has an interest rate of 11.9% (roughly $50 a month, after 3yrs 36mo's x $50 a month is a profit of $1,800 plus the initial debt $475x36mo's=$17,150+$1,800 interest is $19,000 to live three years, not including cable or internet, sharing a small two bedroom apartment with FOUR other people close to Hermitage TN in an apartment normally selling for $575/mo is highway robbery.
All of the students enrolled in the school for the student housing mainly consist of extremely low income families, and every male student living in the complex that attends IADT are African American and only attend the first few days, I learned they are being audited and as many as four schools are being closed and the school code is for PI not TN.

If it's not to late, STOP, if it is, you just wasted 2 to 4 years and anywhere between $120,00-$66,000 which is paid for by loans from they're parent company CLC, owned in SAUDI ARABIA. Do not go to school there, you will not last long. 4 schools owned by CLC (almost all fake specialty school's with alternating names and car salesmen in sheep's clothing.) Is being audited in they're newly acquired building at One Bridgestone Parkway, in Nashville TN. 37214. However, it remains they're policy, after a year plus now, to enroll students for loans using a school code based in Pennsylvanian, not Tennessee is still in use. It is also standard to employ deceptive marketing techniques, such as a private message I saw in the libray recycle ben for students to use telling the staff they're to "always be presentable as if all of your attire is now, such as shinning your shoes, making them appear new, even if they are not. The rabbit hole gets deeper. Also they rent a locally owned apartment complex that is normally $575/mo, fir a two bedroom, for a staggering $475/mo per student, with four students per two bedroom, which is close to 300% profit comparable to finding the same apartment and aggreeing to live with anyone. You can get a lock for your door. But you must give a key to all three of your roomates and your representative after they sign you up under the guise of a nice facility, with you and another person.
