Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Jordan scolded me for not paying my bills. He said that I was irresponsible and he didn't care about the fact my situation had changed. I wonder if he knows or cares that he is breaking the law?

He does not live in my state, he is breaking the law by even calling, let alone threatening me. Be littling me does not make me want to co-operate with this company.

As he was yelling at me I told him that the conversation was over and hung up on him.

You break the law misleading and lying to people who do not even have debts with you.  You started with me two years ago calling me using fraudulent names and titles that you were, when all you are is a collection agency. The first call, you said you were Kevin Brown, a investigator with the sheriff's office and said I would be arrested for fraud for writing hot checks on a closed account for a payday loan, which wasn't true. I didn't even have a bank account or any payday loans and when I researched it found out that it was all scare tactics and when I called you back, you weren't who you said you were at all.  Then you tell me you're putting a manager on the phone and put me on hold and you return on the phone to say you're the manager and another person but with the same voice. Lies, lies, lies. When I call the sheriff's office there is no such person or warrant for me.  More scare tactics.  Then a year ago, the same Kevin Brown starts calling my daughter with the same scare tactic, but this time said he worked for the Birmingham District Attorneys office and was charging her with the same fraudulent hot checks for a payday loan which didn't exist and that she would be arrested if she didn't pay the amount that day. What they didn't know was that she worked for the Attorney General's office and gave all the information to the Attorney General to file a complaint against this fraudulent company and when he called the DA's office there was no such person who worked there. All scare tactics. And now today, I get the same call again from a Kevin Brown with a different accent this time using the same tactics on a new cell phone. Someone needs to put a stop to these people. The number called from is a cell phone in Washington DC. 202-870-5858.

Can you explain how they are breaking the law just by calling you? I mean since you seem to know so much about the law, maybe you can enlighten us a bit.
