IC Systems Calling a business looking for employees to collect a debt after they've been told No Personal Calls Accepted RIPOFF Saint Paul Minnesota
IC Systems has been repeatedly making calls to a business that does not accept personal calls. It is disrupting the daily dealings of a small business and quite unprofessional and frustrating that they will not stop calling. I believe it has been turned over from Dell Financial Services because they were calling 8 to 10 times a day, every day, previous to IC Systems starting. 877-221-3940

They did the same thing where I work. They kept calling for an employee who worked nights, when no one answers the telephone. We informed them on several occasions (and the employee did himself once as well - we saw it) to quit calling, as he wasn't to received personal calls at work. They kept calling, and one told me that if I wanted them to stop, then I needed to give her the employee's home phone number. I informed her that I worked in collections for 7 years, and I knew the FDCPA inside and out, and she was in clear violation. She didn't know what to say. After putting them on the phone with the company president, they finally stopped. Unfortunately, I have my own problems with them that I will most likely end up filing my own rip-off report against them.

If that's their 877 (toll free) number that you listed, you can call _them_ as much as you like. Each call costs them money. Not much, but it adds up. Give them one more fair warning. If they don't stop, they are "fair game." You can use pay phones (no charge to call toll-free numbers), even create questionable advertisements or fliers (adult services and so forth), distribute them around the city and just sit back and let the general public do the rest. In short order they'll have a huge bill on their toll free line and may end up changing their phone number. Ah, payback.
