Complaint Review: icafebusiness.com - Internet Internet

The negotiation was definitely OK and they are so entertaining.  Though, you may not need to negotiate any further because their Cafe Packages are so cheap. You can have 5-units of computers for only P35k ($745) upto P61k ($1300) plus freebies such as CCTV Wireless Surveillance Camera, 17" Computer Monitors, Original O.S., Installation & Setup of Games, including Offline Free Offers which you can choose whether a printer, USBs, AVRs, etc... but here's the truth of great lies during the negotiation, deliveries and installation process;

1.) If you've chosen to get P35k Cafe Package, they will convince you to go for their P61k package which they claim better. Of coarse, it would be better because it is already more than of that they call I-Cafe 35k. And in order for you to grab the offer, they will offer you pluses of frees like USB or Printer or anything....

2.) Get be aware that if you intend to use your credit card, they have a great add-on interest on that. So, just use Cash/Cheque to stick-on the cost;

3.) Supprisingly, when you get your unit... you'll found out that they only bought it and assembled from PC Gilmore because it's having a PC Gilmore Sticker on it. So, guys and gals, why not go directly to PC Gilmore to buy these computers directly. Plus, you'll the amazing 2nd hand box-type monitor. Just be careful to clear this things when you'll buy with them because what I have expected is an LCD Type, but it maybe it's my mistake because how can you expect to deliver you with LCD monitor of a P35k cost for 5-units computers. So, just be clear on this!;

4.) During the installation, you'll notice that they will be installing you an Windows XP Pirated O.S., contrary to their offer that they will be installing an Ubuntu O.S. because it is Open License but if you'll as them why not install what have discussed, they'll just say "because there a lots of incompatibility with online games & other softwares, etc...", so they'll begin to recommend to you to buy separate O.S.! Again, just be clear on their definition of what O.S. are they going to install to your computer, otherwise, they will just install a pirated O.S. with you. So, if you have not anticipated that then you'll gonna end-up of allowing them to install as they wanted;

5.) The good thing is, after 1-day, or during their on-going installation, one of our computer malfunctioned, & wow they are so willing to return to what they claim service center, but i believe it woulf be in the PC Gilmore Service Center;

6.) Another thing to note is those, keyboards, webcams & headsets that they'll gonna supply, because it comes from a local company that sells computer accessories, sorry I forgot the name but something like there's a "___ King" on the end word of the company name. I assure you, after a month or two, you'll experience complaints from clients that this & that are no longer functioning...

7.) After a week, we've experience total shutdown, or no network at all, but our neighboring cafes have, so we call the frontliner of icafebusiness.com, named "Aries" if i am not mistaken with his name, then he told me that he will give me the number of his technician, then I will negotiate directly to him about the cost of his technician's service. I was surprised because it shouldn't be this case, because they've promised 1-year warranty on units and 1-month on services. So, i believe it should fall in the category of free service as committed;

8.) On the second month, one CPU didn't function, we call them but they are not reponding anymore... they simply ignore our call.

We'll its up to you, it's your call... whether you go for Good to Great Publicity or better check a reliable company that offers a reliable cost without sacrificing quality of computer units and good aftersales technical services.

Go for a company wherein you can reach their office!  & not just an agents themselves.
